No one UI 7 update showing

I've been looking on forums about onei 7 and everywhere says that I should have received the update by now but unfortunately I'm still on 6.1 is anyone else still waiting for it? I'd appreciate any guidance on what to expect

I put a EE sim in yesterday and thay didn't work, and by software being changed do you mean rooted? I checked if it had be and it hasn't

You're still on one ui beta 7, right?

If yeah, withdrawal from the one UI beta 7 and restart your phone
You'll see the update

I had the same issue. I've been using smart switch for my updates until this evening that I had it all figured out

Even though the beta programme has ended, for some reason, you can still enrol on the members' app; that's where I fell into the no OTA update trap 😂 😂

Then, update your device using the PC smart switch

It's about 19.7gb

I've tried and it doesn't show, when I speak to samsung support they say this is normal and to just wait. When I ask on here everyone says I should have it

Was your PC connected to the internet during your test?

Is your device the unlocked model? Europe or USA?..

I have a S928U on Verizon. I'm having this same issue where I don't see any updates available. I have been able to see and install updates every month until this update.
