Nightmare with Galaxy Warranty (S24+)

Hello Samsung,

I am trying to find out the whereabouts of my phone after using the warranty service in Spain (case number: *****). I have contacted Samsung support more than 10 times since being informed that the phone was repaired, but I still don't know where it is. Each time, support gives me conflicting information.

Can you please clarify what is going on?

Appreciate you help, nevertheless how could i escalate my case. It seems they just lost 1000$ phone and now trying to ignore me all possible ways.

@Members_x222: If you contact Samsung Spain via the links provided above by @AntS, then an advisor will be able to look into this further for you. There should be some notes on the system to track the progress of the repair, however if there are any issues with the whereabouts of the device, then this can be escalated from their side.

Ok, the problem I don't speak spanish and when they call me I barely could understand anything. I tried many times ask them to write me by whatsapp or email but they just don't do it. In the meantime, almost a month has passed since I sent my phone for repair.
