Hi Everyone
I bought a Samsung S24 for my son's birthday last month and it had a promotion where he could receive a free watch (Ref: 51206373) which I intended to give him for Christmas
Because of some delays in processing the claim, it currently says the watch will be sent by 8th Jan. Does anyone know of a way that I can contact the team that look after promotions and try to get the watch dispatched within the next week so that it arrives in time for Christmas?

@VanDad: Please be advised that it can take up to 45 days from the claim validation date for a promotional gift to be delivered. If the estimated delivery date is over 45 days from the validation date, then I recommend visiting the claim website > Click on the 'Help and support' tab at the top of the screen > Get in touch, and reach out to the Promotions Team to see if there is anything that can be done to fast track the process.

@VanDad certainly worthwhile reaching out, imagine a number would like their claims fast tracked, will need to see if it is feasible.
