Hi @mattb0171

I'm most certainly no pro at taking photos but we do have members here who catch awesome photography.

@Glenntech is knowledgeable.

 Expert Raw is an option.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hi @mattb0171

Yes indeed you will need to use Expert RAW
You will also need something to prop the phone up on or better still a tripod.

In Expert RAW, you have an Astro photo mode.
This gives you the ability to do long exposure photos.
The reason for using a tripod for example, is the phone needs to be kept still so you don't get any movement to blur the photo.

Now how long the time you use to capture images depends entirely on how much ambient light you have in your area.

The result you get will not initially look to great. You will need to use the editing software on the phone to adjust the image to get it to how you like.
For example I have attached a before edit and after editing.

It's a bit of trial and error, but it's enjoyable to learn and play around with.
