Who was the ***** that mucked around with the swipe commands??   Also forcing us to have that USELESS bar at the bottom taking up precious screen space.   sack that whole team forever. the amount of functionality I have lost is insane!  trying to access the recent tasks menu in swipe is liking trying to play operation drunk.

FIX THIS SOON, im gonna have to return the dam phone at this rate.

I have the S24

Out of the box the options are different to previous versions of Samsung OneUI. And options have been removed.

The one ui update aparently.  The swipe up slow as ***** then left to get to the task view is ridiculous to the extreme.

Until this issue is sorted, there is a kind of work-around, you'll still have those three icons at the bottom of your screen, but they'll be smaller and ask less screen real estate than the typical ones you normally see.

In Settings / Display / Navigation bar, choose Buttons (and More options to set up your Button order).

After you've done that, install GoodLock (Galaxy Store) and install the NavStar module.  Open that module /  choose the set of icons that are solid.  Those icons ask the least amount of real estate.
I'll include a screen shot.

EDIT  ... I forgot to mention, if you scroll down in that NavStar module, you'll also see Customize navigation bar height.  Set that to the shortest level and you'll save some additional space.

It's not a perfect solution, but there are more pressing issues in the world to worry about.  :smiling-face:
