Phone blinks top and bottom of screen and keyboard moves up and down when blink occurs

Phone blinks top and bottom of screen and keyboard moves up and down when blink occurs.

This started happening after update. When in messenger keyboard moves up and down when blink occurs on top and bottom of screen. Have cleared cach. Disabled Bixby. 

Reinstalled update and still does. Booted in safe mode no issues. 

very irritating please help

Welcome to the community forum.

This is clearly a problem with one of your installed apps. If it does not show the issue on safe mode is a good indication that one of your apps might be doing something with the settings.

Which keyboard are you using, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, etc? Have you tried changing the keyboard? Does it happen with all keyboards?

Which messenger app do you refer to, facebook? Does the issue show with Messages (Samsung or Google), WhatsApp or any other messaging app?

Which cache have you cleared? The Apps or Cache partition?

I changed keyboard to Google and seems to fix the issue
