Cannot Stop Notifications

I cannot stop BBC Sounds notifications. Have unins Uninstalled, turned off notifications for the app, cleared cache. Signed out of app. Reinstalled app but I still get the notifications,

If you go to BBC sounds app info are notifications blocked there too? Is there an option to control notifications from app itself

Yes, notifications in BBC Sounds are off

Actually the notifications are getting through to my smart watch. And on my mobile it is the turned off norification at the top of the list still

Block it on the smart watch too? Assuming Samsung one

It's a Google Fit Bit Versa 4. There isn't an option for that.
