Cannot add contact to favourites

I cannot add anyone to my contact favourites because there is no star at the bottom of the screen to add them, does anyone know another way to add a contact to favourites?

Welcome to the community forum.

You could add them by:

• Open the Phone App.
• Tap the Contacts tab.
• Tap Add your favourite contacts.
• Select the favourite contacts.

By the way, you should also try clearing the Phone App's cache.

Settings -> Apps -> Phone -> Force stop (bottom right)

Settings -> Apps -> Phone -> Storage -> Clear cache (bottom right)

The favourite star might come back into the menu.
