My screen is grainy?

Hello! I'm new here so please forgive me!

I got my S24 Ultra yesterday, I'm thrilled with everything so far... But tye screen is grainy, I came from the S23+ and the screen was sharp with much better quality, please anyone help.

Grainy ? Can you elaborate more please. 

I can only comment about the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra I'm using and it does not display a grainy screen or the banding effect. However some have / are.

Look at any relevant cooling off period in order to have the phone swapped out if you feel the display is at fault.

Sadly yes my S24 Ultra has a grainy/Washed out display... I noticed it didn't look right.

My S23+ display is sharper and brighter, smoother looking. So yeah... Unfortunately I'm going to have to send it back fit s replacement. After doing some digging I found this is a common issue with the S24U. 🙁
