It is a hardware issue that cannot be fixed. If you have this defect return your phone.
Check out this post by a display scientist going in-depth on what's wrong and why you should return it.

Try a gray background on completely dark room with low brightness setting on natural profile and all eye comfort and other settings like adaptive color tone off. Then try to look at your phone screen very closely and also try to move your phone to see the screen in different angles.

The thing is Samsung refuses to acknowledge it as an issue and says it's a feature of the new panels. Thus they won't give a replacement until then, which sucks!

Nope, they won't replace it if the return period is over. Their customer service sucks!
I believe it to be a defect since it's visible on mid-brightness as well for me on dark backgrounds. This wasn't the case with the previous S series and I couldn't see any pixes in any brightness levels.

Same issue and I need a confirmation from Samsung so the dealer will replace it, but I guess Samsung Switzerland won't confirm it and my return period is running out next wednesday.
Switzerland doesn't have the 14 days return policy like the rest of the EU.
Some stores take it back like "Samsung" but charge you 20% only because the package was open.
They only replace it, if you can prove that something is wrong.

Indeed, these are the issues. I've purchased s24u 2 weeks ago. I can see grainy display at night or in dark, and the 3 lines are more visible with the screen gaurd.

Bought 2 S24Ultras one after another - first one manufactured December 2023, second one January 2024 - BOTH with grainy displays! Also thousands of complains in Reddit about this ISSUE. Seriously SAMSUNG ?!
