Camera issue

Good afternoon guys...I have a galaxy s24 ultra and My camera quality is really really bad. Once they changed already the phone but still.If I choose 50 or 200 mp, the AI system changing my photos drastically...the sharpness,..and I get a different image(I take the photo and start to process the image and in few sec it has changed, and can't call back the original photo).. there are any option to switch off somehow this?already it is on minimal intelligent optimization...ALL my images noisy and grainy on 12mp...and even after looks like an overedited photo...can anyone help?factory reset doesn't help..tried every option what the customer service told...

Can be this is the faulty of this series?

Hi there, you can go to camera hit settings>intelligent optimisation> and choose which one you like try from lowest one and go up and see whitch one suits better

Have you tried to turn off scene optimiser as well?

If none of above works out for you try using pro mode

Looks like that is the only option. What is annoying because when you just one to take a quick photo, you have to accept the fact that will change the image...

Hi @Beebeee 

Have you tried the settings on Gallery. You might be seeing the "improvements" it does for displaying the images.

Have you tried attaching a USB device to the phone, copying a few pictures and display them on a laptop or a non Samsung device?

It will help to check if the changes are on the picture file or it is just the Application showing the image being "clever".

Hihi Reylob,I just checked on Google docs, and the colour changes are the same. But my laptop Samsung as well, so tomorrow will try on my working laptop.
