Over 500 posts on this topic alone and not one official response in days Customer Service really can't get any worse than this.

The Team here are I'm sure feeding the content of threads back up the chain @RPB100 and it's beneficial for owners to also send feedback via the Samsung Members App so Samsung can take onboard the amount of people who need support for this.

Trouble is they need to be providing feedback via the support section on the Members App

They have - I've been on there as have hundreds it seems. There are no excuses for a nil response given the global scale of this display issue. It is marketed as the best display in the world yet ironically, it is this which is the problem.

True but they know it won't happen. So next best bet is shame the service and brand. Not seen this in the mainstream news yet but given how much they like the glory, they will get the downside equally if this continues.

All talking about this same issue.
At least 5000 people have raised this across many platforms.

Yet Samsung is totally oblivious to this.
