After a few mins heavy use of data ie live streaming on the phone. Data goes down to a halt. The only way to get this back up is the restart the phone...

Does the phone get ?

Have you got data saver ON ?

I believe ONE UI 7 is a bit more aggressive in preserving battery life which can have knock on effects on other stuff.
