Help! Device control and settings have gone.

Hi Folks.
Just had an update from Samsung and everything has gone from the screen when I swipe down.
The settings and Device control are no longer there. 
All I get now is a message saying no notifications. 
How to do I put it back as it was before so I can get to my settings, control my devices and turn on Wifi / bluetooth / torch etc?
In addition there's a icon saying +32 which does nothing when I touch it.

Pull down the Notification panel two times

Click the pencil icon > panel settings > Device and control media buttons.

Swipe down then click the pen icon at the top. Then click panel settings then select together and it will be back to how it was in one ui 6. Currently if you swipe down from the right you get the settings and swipe down from the left is notifications.

I am unhappy, my favorites have disappeared in my phone list since I downloaded the update this morning, how do I get them back.

Drag down from far right (wifi bar/batt%) and you get the old stuff, bluetooth etc 👏
