How to disable notification when on or off "mobile data will be turned on. connecting to the mobile networks may result in additional charges" "cancel", "turn on"?

"Unless you use wifi, you will no longer be able to use internet, email, or other apps that require a data connection" cancel "turn off"

Is not it obvious? why anybody need this stupid popup?

Does anyone know how to disable?

If a notification can be deactivated it will be in the relevant settings section. 

If it isn't there then it's a required notification @what community

@what community: Do you have 'Switch to mobile data' enabled in Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Intelligent Wi-Fi > Switch to Mobile data (On). If so then the notification is likely to be a means of informing you that the switch has been made. Similarly, if you have 'Turn Wi-Fi on/off automatically' enabled, then the notification may be informing you that Wi-Fi is being switched off.

I tried, what you have suggested but it does not work. 

I found this notification is like asking you if you really switching off/on light informinv you it going to be dark, do you really need this? everytime again and again.

i would even install an app just not to see this notification ever again.

It sounds like a network provider notification. Who is your provider?

You should be able to long press the notification when it arrives and silence it.

If the notification doesn't have the option to be silenced, try this app. It's very simple but effective
