Apologies if this has already been answered but I still can't fix this...whether I download from samsung store or play store I keep getting the server response error...have cleared cache and data and uninstalled...it would appear playstore now as same bug for this particular app as the samsung store. Has anyone found a fix? Thank you

Morning everyone....seen multiple posts regarding this and was just wondering if anyone had come up with a solution? Seems to be working for some people and not for others. Regardless of whether I download from the samsung store or the play store I'm still getting the server response error message. Have cleared cache and data and uninstalled/re -installed. Thanks

The app is broken now from the playstore server error even after cache partion cleared
Might be everyone checking for one ui 7

t is broken now from both, the Samsung Store and the Google Play Store. The version available on both is 5.3.00.9.
We need to wait until Samsung fixes the app.

it would seem that on a PC is the only way to access the community just now, if you received the members app update. A couple of days ago it was possible to uninstall the app and then manually reinstall the version on play store, but now it would appear that version does not work either.
I would hope a new update to be pushed out soon.
