I have marked individual threads on this, but as a general catch.... If you have the server -10 issue on the Samsung Members App, please delete the app cache and data, this resolves the issue.

Certainly clearing the cache and data is good Troubleshooting for General Members app server issues. However recent problem needed general fix and sometimes this is not sufficient by itself.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
