I have marked individual threads on this, but as a general catch.... If you have the server -10 issue on the Samsung Members App, please delete the app cache and data, this resolves the issue.

 
If unsure how to do this, there's a few ways but one is:
 
 - long press the app, click the 'i'
- go to storage
- clear cache and data
