So I'm unable to access my Samsung members app at all. Ive cleared the cache, Uninstalled it and redownloaded it, Installed it from Google play, Factory reset my device. Nothing seems to work at all.

I can't get on the app either im on website just comes up with error -10 hopefully they'll be an update soon so we can all get back on it.
