In Samsung Keyboard, I have Russian layout. In the upper-right corners of buttons "е" and "ь" there are slightly smaller letters "ё" and "ъ", respectively. They are visible even if the option "Layout / Alternative characters" is off. If I tap the Shift (⇧) key, all the letters on keyboard change to uppercase, includjng "Ё" and "Ъ".
The problem is, that in "Keys Cafe", I cannot add additional letters to buttons that act as described above. For example, I tried to add the same letter "ё" to the right of the existing one. The letter disappears when the option "Layout / Alternative characters" is off and is not affected by the Shift key.

@uvtlsbjx: My apologies. I was under the impression that you were using the Good Lock app, and wanted to provide feedback on your experience. If this is not the case, and if the app is not available in your region, then I wouldn't recommend this course of action.
As an alternative approach, please send an Error report via the Samsung Members app, as this will allow our team of experts to investigate the issue from a software perspective. To do this, please head to the Members app > Support > Send feedback > Error reports > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible. To ensure your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, we'd like you to submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate this and respond to you with a solution via the Members app.

I use Fine Lock instead.

Are you SURE that I must send this issue as an ERROR REPORT? It's not a problem we usually call an error: there is no error message, nothing breaks.
I have to send the error report within 5 minutes of what event exactly? Starting or finishing editing the layout, tapping Shift on the finished layout, turning off the "additional characters option"?

@uvtlsbjx: Error reports, as well as being a means of flagging any errors you have encountered, are a useful way to highlight any unexpected behaviours in our apps. In this case, I recommend including a screenshot of the problem to highlight the issue, and include as much detail as you can in the description, so the team can explore any possible solutions via a software update.

"The team" represented by some guy from my country suggested me to reset the keyboard app first, but when it did not help, suggested to reset my phone. Good, good "team exploring possible solutions" 😕
