Keys Cafe: letters in the upper-right corners of buttons not affected by Shift

In Samsung Keyboard, I have Russian layout. In the upper-right corners of buttons "е" and "ь" there are slightly smaller letters "ё" and "ъ", respectively. They are visible even if the option "Layout / Alternative characters" is off. If I tap the Shift (⇧) key, all the letters on keyboard change to uppercase, includjng "Ё" and "Ъ".

The problem is, that in "Keys Cafe", I cannot add additional letters to buttons that act as described above. For example, I tried to add the same letter "ё" to the right of the existing one. The letter disappears when the option "Layout / Alternative characters" is off and is not affected by the Shift key.

What happens when you long press on a key. Do you get a choice of characters?

Yes, all the letters appear in the popup when I long tap a button: both the ones that change case when I press Shift and the ones I added. That's a strange question.

Yes, sorry. I was trying to determine if the extra characters were available to you with a long press as opposed to trying to use the shift key or trying to manually add them.

@uvtlsbjx: In this instance, please head to the Galaxy Store > Search 'Good Lock' > Click on the top search result > Scroll down and tap the '>' to the right of 'Overview', and the contact information should be visible here.

There is no Good Lock there. I am from Europe, the app does not show in my region. Can you just copy the contact info here?
