@Fayenic: If you are using the Samsung Internet app to access Facebook, then you can try heading to Samsung Internet > Tap the 3 lines in the bottom right > Settings > Useful features > Allow autoplay videos, and toggle this option on. While you're here, you can also enable 'Video assistant' to get advanced controls for videos on websites.

I had the same problem and everything I found on the internet didn't help. The problem is a hardware defect. I sent the phone to service and waited 1 month. The main board was defect. After they replaced it the phone goes without problem.

have you had any issues since they fixed the main board? everything covered under warranty? or out of pocket?

but what if you don't want the video starts automatically?, that should be an option so we coud play any video any time just when we want to, and not automatically.
So this keep being an error

Hello Andrew, the solution shouldn't be autoplay videos, we should be able to play and stop any video any time, what if because privacy we won't play videos automatically when we have social networks opened?, this problem is happening not only with FB, same problem with Reddit and IG, and autoplay videos shouldn't be the solution, it's clearly a Samsung problem cause I have noted many peole with the same issue.
One frustrating problem is with IG or Reddit or X, when you want to see a video, if you restart the phone or app you lost the link you wanted to view and start searching is a real headache
