1st clicking on reels crashed the app and now videos don't load at all. I've cleared cache and data, I've also reinstalled and it's still not working.

I literally just got an S24 PLUS and it's playing videos on my IG so glitchy!! Neeeeeeever had this issue with the S20 PLUS. What a shame... what's really going on. Other little bug issues too. Considering returning tbh unfortunately...

Encountered this issue in s10, s22 Plus. Common issue in Android after system update.
May attempt to clear data for Android System WebView.
Settings > App > Look for Android System Webview > Storage > Clear data > Then restart IG, YT, FB, etc
If the issue persists, reinstall it.

I had same issue, and I find out, it's because of my type-c headset, so when I remove it I don't have issue. I guess samsung didn't do test using headset yet. I hope they fix this big issue soon

You would think samsung would fix the problem or at least reply to these threads with a solution.

Had same problem.
Solution was to enable automatic video playback.
There is an option in Samsung Internet app to disable automatic video playback, I think we all here have ticked it. Just untick it and video in FB will start working properly.
