@samw1se Did you try clearing cache and data for the App? You can also clear the cache partition from the boot menu, but that it is more complicated.

You need to phone to be connected via USB, to a computer, a usb headphones or another phone.
Power off the phone,
Press Volume up and power button simultaneously until you see the Samsung logo, you can release the buttons at that point and the phone should go into recovery mode.
Navigate to clear cache partition and select yes when prompted.
There are several videos on youtube for this. The process is the same for S22, S23 and S24 series.
this clear all the cache information, but the phone will retain all the settings.

Deleted the app data and cache and NO joy. Worked fine (and still does on my old s9+), and it's working fine on my a34 running android 14 and ui6.
The only difference I can make out on the 2 devices is that the a34 is running ui6 and samsung free version 5.6.03.0 and the s24 ultra running ui6.1 and samsung free 5.7.00.5
Are there any other s24 ultra users having this issue? Is it the app version? Can I use an older version? Or is it specific to our device(s)???
