Same issue here on instagram with S24 Ultra. I cleared app cache, did reinstall app, even rebooted my phone nothing solved the problem.

I am experiencing the same problem with the S24 Ultra. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including clearing the app cache, reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, and installing a software update, but the issue persists.
It has been a month since the initial report of this problem, and a solution has yet to be provided. I kindly request that Samsung prioritize resolving this matter promptly.
Samsung has an opportunity to demonstrate the superiority of its products and customer service compared to Apple. It is crucial to address this issue effectively and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

My S24 ultra plays videos on IG, but when paused or sliding the toggle to jump past or back to a certain point, the video will freeze and you're forced to start back at the beginning.
After speaking with T-mobile tech, they were aware of the issue, and it's a needed patch from Instagram. They said IG is aware and working on it. It seems we have to wait for IG to update compatibility 😞
