Hey Samsung SmartPhone Mobile Support Team!

I have a technical issue with my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 1TB. 📱 First, the BSNL 4G SIM VoLTE signal isn't showing up on my network indicator, and I can't use mobile data while I'm on a call. This SIM uses the B1 2100 MHz frequency VoLTE band.

Additionally, the battery life on this phone is disappointing. 🔋 It doesn't even last a whole day after a full charge.

I'd really appreciate your help with this. Thanks a lot! 🙏

Not all networks display a VoLTE logo for example here in the UK only EE show a VoLTE logo on Samsung phones I have a EE SIM and a Vodafone SIM in my phone and only EE show a VoLTE icon even though VoLTE is enabled on both SIMs

BSNL 4G SIM VoLTE has taken the B1 2100MHz frequency band.

Hey Samsung Smartphone Team,

In this Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 1TB Smartphone Mobile, when I switch to my mobile data to SIM 2 (i.e., Jio 5G SIM), and when I receive a call on SIM 1 (i.e., BSNL 4G VoLTE SIM), the call may be one-way or may drop. 📞 The voice quality is poor. 🚫 To receive good voice quality, I must switch my mobile data to SIM 1 (i.e., BSNL 4G VoLTE SIM). Why is this? 🤔

BSNL 4G VoLTE uses the B1 2100 MHz frequency VoLTE band.

Kindly resolve this issue urgently. 🆘

Yes samsung  a15 5g   phone  but did not see volte  in bsnl sim

I upgraded to S24 Ultra from fold 4 and still have the same issue where I lose mobile internet access when on a call .
Vodaphone disconnected and reconnected my line and it's magmde no difference , definitely a Samsung software issue with vodaphone network , I'll be upgrading to Oppo or Honor next time and switch to EE , paying a fortune for buggy device .
