Driving me nuts!

When answering incoming calls - my ringtone is still playing in the background. Caller can't hear it but I can and in turn can't hear my bloody caller. I have updated my phone, reset APN and network settings as per info on the support page. I have also changed my ringtone...got my mum to call me just now to check it and it's still happening but even worse as BOTH ringtone are playing at the same time (even though I've changed it to a different one!) 

What on earth is going on 😫

Yesterday I had issues on the phone to a friend, call was disconnected and couple of times and even had issues on WhatsApp calls. I've reset my broadband and it is working fine, I've done the coverage checker for vodaphone (my mobile provider) and that is fine too. But I've got only 1 and sometimes no bars on my network signal display.

Can anybody help please.

That's really odd....

It's a bit of a generic recommendation, but it's not a bad thing to try, but clearing the cache partition...

Are you using Samsung dialer? Have you restarted the phone. Did you put apps in sleep or deep sleep

Haven't a clue what samsung dialer is? Phone has been restarted a couple of times. I've had to put WiFi assist on to help with calls but still no signal on display icon. My phone is set up relatively normal. It optimises things thay need to be optimised but I haven't touched anything about calls

Presume your using the stock phone app, not a 3rd party one?

I haven't a clue what thay even is? It's a samsung s24, brand new from vodaphone

Hi there 👋, and welcome.
Try go to settings > apps > search for phone tap then navigate to storage press clear cache and storage before you do so make sure you back up you contacts. Also you can do same but force stop it and see if any of that helps
