Hi there 👋, and welcome.
There's few thing you could do.
Wipe cache partition to do so you need
Turn off yor phone
Connect to PC, tv USB port etc
Then press and hold power button and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button Restart your phone
Try turning phone into safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/?srslti...
You can use diagnostic tools in app under support section
Also you can go to apps and see what app might drain battery the most.
Also you can try batterystats reset to do so turn autoblocker open ypu phones dialer enter *#990# then press battery stats reset

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Am I understanding your question correctly? You bought an S24 Ultra three days ago and you are unhappy with the battery life?

If so, your new device will go through a 14 day battery learning cycle based on your usage of the device. Once complete, and depending on how you use your device, you are likely to get 1 to 2 days battery life.

It's frustrating to have poor battery performance with your new Samsung device! Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Check for Software Updates: Ensure your device is running the latest software version.
2. Disable Unused Apps: Some apps drain battery in the background. Disable or uninstall those you don't use.
3. Adjust Screen Brightness: Lower your screen brightness or turn off adaptive brightness.
4. Use Wi-Fi Instead of Mobile Data: Wi-Fi consumes less battery than mobile data.
5. Check Permissions: Disable background data for apps that don't need it.

If these steps don't help, consider reaching out to Samsung support for further assistance. Have you tried any of these steps yet?

After checking the settings, I noticed that the device not updated. I’m going to proceed with the update now, and I’ll report back here if it improves anything.

Guys, I discovered a very useful feature on my S24 ultra that I just have to share with the Android community.

The difference is phenomenal

Simply search for "Modes" in the Notification Panel or "Modes and Routines" in the Settings, and customize it to your needs. You can turn apps on or off for active or battery-saving modes. Apps like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other similar products remain active even if you close them completely—they collect data, run in the background, and consume a huge amount of battery.

In over 90% of cases, the issue isn’t with your phone's battery but with system and app optimization.

Also use Good Lock for custom experience.
