Hi Samsung community,
Just got a refurbed S24 looking at lease externally in new condition. Put in my O2 sim from my outgoing S10 and able to call, send and receive texts. Wifi working fine but no mobile data.
So far:
Mobile data toggled on/off
Airplane on/off
Phone on/off
Reset mobile network settings
5G/LTE/3G/2G auto connect to LTE/3G/2G
Set network operator to both select automatically and O2
4 bars of signal and been out and about in a UK city with problem persisting
Checked carrier's site for any signal issues- none
Upgraded my sim only deal to an esim and installed that too - repeating all steps above.
Anything else to try before I send this phone back?
Many thanks in advance

Other possible solution would be wipe cache partition, you can do so by:
Turning your phone off
Plugging to PC, tc USB port, etc
Then hold volumeup and power button until samsung logo appears
Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up until reboot menu shows
Then navigate wipe cache partition with volume down button press power button
Restart your phone.
Also you can use Internet app diagnostic tool if you haven't already.
You can also give your network provider a call to see if there's issue or needs some configuration.
If nothing works then best bet would be send phone back. As an example frien of mine bought refurbished s22 ultra from amazon within 2 weeks of having phone all of the sudden phone kept saying no service doesn't matter what he did or sim cards he put in, was no solution.

Hey @Hamm88 👋
Run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
