Hi all. I purchased my S24 from very.co.uk I filled in all the information the day after I received my phone from very (ie IMEI 1 number and proof of purchase). Samsung have emailed and said they have declined me the offer due to the fact that they can't confirm my purchase, even though I had sent them the VAT/Purchase receipt, order receipt from very.co.uk when placing the order. Can anyone help with this? Or has anyone had the same issue.

Make sure when submitting your proof of purchase, that it's an official document supplied by Very, and it includes your invoice/receipt number, product purchased, date of purchase, and company logo. This would all need to be on one image. If you haven't received anything from Very with all of these details on, we suggest contacting Very to request this, then resubmit on the claim page.
Any problems with your claim, we would recommend reaching out to the Promotion team directly for further support. Only the Promotion team can look into your claim further for you. We have left a link to their contact form below.

Hi @jonnybee70 According to the terms you need to upload an image of the IMEI and a document clearly displaying the product model name, retailer and date of your purchase. https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/chromebookgoGWP/en-GB/claim/get-started Are you certain you met the crieria?

@jonnybee70: I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble getting your Chromebook claim verified. While I appreciate that it isn't ideal, please follow the link above, provided by @JordanS, click on 'Get in touch' and reach out to the Promotions Team to see if they're able to clarify exactly what they need from you, or what is missing from your proof of purchase. @jonnybee70: I absolutely understand your frustration. For clarity, did you purchase your Galaxy S24 from Very after the 23rd August, and did you submit your claim within 30 days of the purchase date? If so then all I can suggest is getting back in touch with the Promotions Team to request confirmation of exactly why they are unable to verify your purchase. It may be the case that your proof of purchase does not contain the relevant information (retailer logo, amount paid, date of purchase, and reference to the S24), however the Promotions Team are best placed to clarify this for you.
