I purchased the latest FE series with a free watch FE as a gift to my mum. The claim was approved on the 10th of October but I still havent received the watch as royal mail lost it on the 21st when it was supposed to be shipped. More than 2.5 months has passed and I am still waiting for reshipment. I have been calling customer support but Im just being told the same thing. Am I waiting for nothing?

I'm sorry to learn of the issues your currently experiencing with your watch promotional item. 

There will be a process that Samsung and the postal service will have to go through when it comes to a lost item while in-transit, as they investigate the claim. 

I also appreciate this can be frustrating as your in the middle waiting for the item to be resent. 

I can only but suggest to keep asking Customer Services for updates.
