I have tried to create an AI generative background but the phone tells me minors are not allowed to use the service. How can I get this sorted? It's a long time since I was a minor!

Weird, works for me. No paternal controls on? Maybe just double check age?

If not, I'm stumped! Maybe log out and then back in?

Try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. 

Check your dont have a private dns.

Same here, age correct on google and samsung accounts, no parental crontrols enabled, and getting same error message that you are, have you managed to find a fix?

Contacted Samsung on facebook, doesnt seem they know anything about the issue..... talking to them is like talking to a bot, told them about the issue and confirmed that I am 31 years old and my dob is correct in my samsung account, and this is their reply:

Hello. I have the same issue. My date of birth is 1983 on bouth google and samsung accounts and for some unknown reason i get the same issue when i try to use AI generate wallpaper.

Its funny you got that message, i got the same exact reply from them but from their facebook page.

Its an absolute joke, im 31 and it doesnt let me use it, and a freind of mine has no issues using it, its clearly a bug and needs to be addressed via an update, not because there is something wrong with our 'google' accounts, im afraid your query has been brushed under the carpet, just like mine has.

Yes it's very strange. I'm 40 years old and by there logic i'm considered a minor in some countrys lol.
