Locked out of generative wallpaper feature

Please can someone help me, I have the s24 ultra, ive had it literally 1 day, set up the phone and all it's features no problems at all. I have been playing around with the generative wallpaper feature, managed to setup 1 wallpaper now it appears im locked out of it, whenever I now attempt to use it, I just get a "you can't use this service" message, is there some kind of age restrictive lock somewhere? Or something else going on here?

I believe there is a limited amount of wallpapers that a person can do per day, but that said, the quantity is well above 1

Try the following. 

• Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On. 
• Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Thank you very much!! I will give that a try. I've noticed that there seems to be 2 trains of thought on this issue, which also seems quite a common one on phones a day or so old. One is an age restrictive lock, the other some kind of fair use policy. But again, it's not clear if it's attempts or physical downloads. I've maybe looked at/generated a large number of wallpapers but only physically downloaded 1. I've tried again today in the hope it's reset, but no such luck. I will give your response and see if that clears the block & come back and let you know. Thank you for your time , it's really appreciated 🙂

Assuming it is not age lock then there is a daily/hourly limit
