How do i fix "Cant use service" when trying to generate AI wallpaper

After getting the new s24 ultra yesterday I was fiddling around with the wallpaper generator all day, however today when i select the wallpaper  after tapping "generate" it just gives me a message 'Can't use service'  (see screenshot)

Any ideas what this is or how to fix it??

Hi

It does not let anyone under the age of 18 do it. If your DOB is registered which shows you are not over 18, then it will not work. If you are over 18 then contact support.

Alternatively:

Go to your Google account and try verifying your age with your driver's license or ID card. Then, go to your settings, select your Samsung account, and toggle the synchronization with your Google profile off and back on.

I have exactly the same problem. It was working fine for a month and now it gives me that error. Nothing to do with my age though.

Hi, AndrewL. Thank you for your answer. I am a bit skeptical. First of all because my age is verified (see the screenshot). And second - it was working just fine before the last night.

Anyway, any suggestions what could I do? If I contact Google, the will most probably say "your age is verified and you are facing the problem with some of Samsung's services, what do you want from us?". 

Samsung support only told me to send a bug error. I'm my experience it will take them some months to review it...

@Alex_Walkman: If your age has been verified by Google, then an Error Report would be the most efficient means for us to get to the root of the issue for you. While I can't provide a turnaround time, as our team of experts work on a queue basis, I can assure you that feedback will be provided via the Members app as soon as possible.

After my complaint to Samsung through Samsung Members app that I am paid Google customer I got daily limited access to AI generated wallpapers app. Limit is one hour or 40-50 generated wallpapers daily. What about promises of Samsung that all AI stuffs will be free at least two year with no limits for using?
