When does Samsung plan on fixing this? This issue is around for quite some time now, I'd expect to have a fix immediately after it was first reported.
Any workarounds that do not require wiping data? would like to hear how to do it while maintaining call recordings

May I ask what issues your currently experiencing ?
The cache of an app can typically be carried out by long holding down on the app icon and tap i and then choose Storage and Clear Cache.

Cleared cache, cleared data, tried re-installing. Fails on security standards. Phone is not rooted. Stopped working after an update. Same on my kid's phone.
