Hi @Hemanth321
1, Some users have reported touch responsiveness. I use a Spigen EZ Glass Screen Protector and my display is fine. I have Touch Sensitivity turned On in my display settings. However I believe Samsung may send out an update.
2, The phone has the capability of warming up when using resouce heavy applications such as the camera, and gaming, however Social Media apps shouldn't cause this. If the phone was over heating you'll see a pop up message advising so. The phone should never be too hot to handle.
3, This is a brand new battery so would optimise fully once it's been charged and discharged a few times, and the battery is out of the learning phase which can take typically between 1~2 weeks. Have a look in the Device Care Section under Battery to see what's using your bbattery. There is also the sleep and deep sleep option to move apps to that are resource heavy. You mention you use Social Media which are known as Vampire Apps which use alot of resources in the background. If you perform a forum search you should find lots of battery saving tips 👀
4, There are settings such as eye comfort shield that can help with eye strain and there are different fonts available to use that may help, and you can re size them. Adaptive Brightness may help too.
Some troubleshooting steps you can use to help with battery are >

Hi @Hemanth321
Those problems have been reported before. However, all of those will improve with future firmware updates. The battery is a bit disappointing at the beginning, due to the learning period, but it does improves considerably after the phone settles.
I got the S24 Ultra and the S22 Ultra. The S24U is not matching the battery performance of the S22U at the moment. However, the S22U was having similar battery performance when I got it, and after almost 2 years of use my S22U could get comfortably over 48 hours of battery with a single charge.
