Did the system update trigger something in my home security app?

My device recently did a system update.  The moment the system update was complete,  my home security app on my device sounded an alarm in the house attached to the app, stating a door was open.  But,  no door was actually open.  Was this a coincidence,  or did the system update trigger something in my home security app?

Most likely it's coincidence, but i advise you to still keep checking if the same thing happens again.

Likely coincidence.

If it happens again, it is likely that the app will need an update so you'll need to reach out to the app developers.
