No security update

Hi, I have a Samsung galaxyS24 Ultra.

I saw I have had no security updates since January 2024. I have checked my CSC and it's a UK one. I live in the UK but am not receiving any updates for security or software.

Can anyone help?

Where did you purchase your device from? What is the CSC code showing. Just because it's a UK model doesn't mean it was manufactured for the UK, if like you brought it from Amazon or Ebay or any other retailers the phone may be out of the region it was meant for.

The EUY is probably Swiss sourced device. You can try smartswitch pc software
