Got my S24+ today and hoped to claim my Disney+ subscription, but when I try it constantly say "No devices found" (I deleted my S22+ as that was showing)
Is there someone sort of delay until the page recognizes my device , or maybe is it just busy AF as the phone shipped in the UK today ?
The device is registered on my Samsung account, I can see it on the devices tab on MY PAGE.
Hope someone can help.

Hi all,
I've merged some separate threads about the new process for claiming the Disney+ code for purchasing the S24 Series.
For clarity, @Ziddy, I could see the videos that you submitted but I haven't approved these (as a courtesy to you and to ensure that your personal info is not displayed on the public forum). The reason for that is that the videos show your email address and the Disney+ code you generated.
I recommend having a look at the step-by-step visual journey @AntS created for this - it's listed under Accepted Solutions on this thread.
As I can see that you generated a code, however, you just need to click on the "Redeem" option (under the code that's displayed within Samsung Wallet) to be taken to the Disney+ redemption page. Importantly, however, the code will not be stackable if you happen to have an active Disney+ subscription. It will only work on a Disney+ account with no live subscription.

I have the same problem……
At the beginning of this month, I purchased a Galaxy Z Flip5 from.
The device is registered on my Samsung account and I can see it on the devices tab on MY PAGE.
I have been trying to claim the Disney+ subscription:
Claim 12 months of Disney+
when you buy the new Galaxy Z Fold5, Flip5 or Tab S9 series.*
Purchase by 31/01/2024
I followed all the instructions and scanned the QR code on my phone, opened up the web browser and clicked on “Redeem Now” All I get is “"No devices found"
I also tried one of the community’s suggestions.
In the Samsung Wallet App on my phone, I scrolled down to promotion.
But there is no Disney icon to view the code and claim the reward.
Only Greggs, Epic Wallet Wins and Tap.Pay.Play
Not long now until the 31st of Jan. It is not fair to loose out on this.

It's important that you can claim your Disney+ code, @RiaT-55. It sounds like you've already tried an array of steps. As such, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Teams (my recommendation would be the Social Media or Live Chat Teams), as they will be able to look into this with you in more detail. They can also escalate this from their side, if the steps they suggest don't facilitate you with claiming this:
