Got my S24+ today and hoped to claim my Disney+ subscription, but when I try it constantly say "No devices found" (I deleted my S22+ as that was showing)
Is there someone sort of delay until the page recognizes my device , or maybe is it just busy AF as the phone shipped in the UK today ?
The device is registered on my Samsung account, I can see it on the devices tab on MY PAGE.
Hope someone can help.
Brian

Ah, yes. From personal experience, @Ziddy, I suspect that you might have been logged in to the Disney+ website or app already. When this happens, it's typical that a site will bypass the redemption page.
A useful step is to uninstall the aforementioned app on your phone (i.e. the device that is eligible for the offer and from which you're claiming) and also to ensure that you're signed out of Disney+ on any mobile browsers you are using on the phone (crucially, the one to which you're directed after clicking Redeem).
After you have logged out of your Disney+ account, please click on Redeem again. I believe you will see a redemption page, where you can paste the code. After doing this, you will be prompted to sign in to your account (or to register a new account).
Once you have redeemed the code and signed in, you can then install the app again and sign in to enjoy the subscription.
Please let me know whether this helps.

Hi, no I wasn't logged in on any app or web page.
Unfortunately, it's subscribed me for £79 so I've immediately cancelled it.
Says it will be cancelled today.
I found the redeem page on a totally different post
https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/redeem
I will go on there tomorrow and see if I can redeem it.
I've never had this issue before.
Samsung has done something, loads of things different this year, nothing has been easy, even simple sms notifications! (I put up a post with the solution to that)

Absolutely, @Metkel. You're in the right place. Please have a look at the Accepted Solutions in this thread (I merged your post with this existing thread) to see whether that helps you claim your free gifts.

Thank you for your reply.
I think this is my only option left now to get help. Only got 4 days left.
What do I click on...Technical support?
I can't do this until tomorrow though, as I am out.

You're welcome. Yes, certainly. After clicking on the Contact page, please choose Technical product support (page one), Mobile Devices (on the next page), Smartphones (on the following page), then choose your preferred contact option.
If you're going to be reaching out to a text-based Support Team (e.g. Live Chat, or the Social Media Team), I'd recommend capturing screenshots and/or a screen recording showing what happens when you try to claim your Boost. It will likely speed things along for you, especially if it captures the claims experience:

and
Please keep us updated.

I did what you suggested, took screenshots, and went for chat support this morning.
I got as far as:
Yes, I want to connect to a Samsung Support Expert.
I waited for 30 minutes, but didn’t get connected to an Expert
The chat was just close down.
I gather that will be it, 2 days until the 31st.
