Chromebook claim

Hi, I claimed free Chrome book following my purchase of S24 Ultra on 19th September, I have not heard about my claim, can someone advise how long it should before I hear about it.

I did the same just wait it takes a couple of weeks I did mine before you and got my email about it a couple days ago so just wait or you can use the claim number to track your claim and your be able to see all you need there 🙏

You will recieve commination from Samsung when the item is despatched.

" Once your claim has been approved, we'll send your reward directly to the address details provided on your Claim Form within 45 days.

We'll let you know once it has been sent. "

@Allrods: Just to clarify, the Promotions Team will let you know if your claim has been approved within 10 working days of the claim being submitted. If you have received an email to state that the claim has been approved, then you will receive your Chromebook within 45 days of the approval date, as pointed out by @BandOfBrothers.

Hi I purchased a Samsung S24 from Vodafone on the 7th of September. They advised I eould receive and email to claim a chromebook but still haven't had and email. Can someone please help me .

You can still apply just go to the claim website, you will need a screenshot of your receipt, invoice number, the imei information etc. It's very simple should hear back same day for approval but can take a few days. https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/chromebookgoGWP/en-GB

Bought a S24 on the 18th September, submitted the chromebook claim later that afternoon, got email confirmation that it was approved a minute after clicking to submit it - and today (2nd October) got a despatch notification for the chromebook - how is it usually sent? Courier or royal mail?

Had another look on the claims Web page and it says royal mail will deliver it.
