Sounds like you're running the one ui 7 beta, play integrity and mobile payment break when using a beta operating system. If you're using just the normal non beta os, this is a genuine issue that needs looking into

I believe Samsung Wallet still works. If your card doesnt support your bank, connect the card to Curve—Curve to Samsung Wallet.
