Hi all,

My one months old Galaxy 24 Ultra was stolen a week ago. I got a replacement yesterday from care+ but it was a used device which for some reason is not even updating to the latest version. Completely disappointed by care+

It doesn't even receive the latest February update. No matter the automatic configuration or manual settings.
