Camera fixes

When are Samsung going to release fixes for the S24 Ultra camera? I've had this phone since the day it released and I've pretty much hated every second of it. I upgraded from the S21 Ultra and I can honestly say that I got better photos on that... If it wasn't for the fact the screen has gone on it, I'd be back to using that! I'm one of those people that love to capture memories to last a lifetime, but unfortunately it just isn't possible with this phone. I can't ever get it to focus on the subject properly, it's always grainy, selfies have a red tint to them and hardly any detail... I know I'm not the only one having these problems. I've tried every "fix" I've come across but nothing seems to work

No way do I think the zoom is blurry far from it

Not being funny but you're expecting clear photos of the zoom using digital zoom?? It's not really something that comes out clear on a mobile phone even older models weren't that great with it either. Get a DSLR if you want moon shots

you're missing the point. the zoom was clearer on my s21 ultra than it is on the s24 ultra. it at least shouldn't have downgraded from 3 models ago lol

please note where i said that when in direct sunlight (like these photos are) that the quality is somewhat decent... regardless, compared to the photos i got on my old device, these are still pretty underwhelming. i'm not doing anything different, my device simply isn't capable lol

now compare that to my 5x zoom indoors.. the quality is atrocious. i also shouldn't have to be zooming in to get clearer photos indoors. i never had to with the s21u 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

yeah i've heard very mixed things.. i typically stick with the 12mp too, but it unfortunately doesn't seem to make a difference! i used to have the s21 ultra, both my sisters have the s23 ultra, the s24 ultra's cameras simply don't compare to previous models whatsoever 😞
