S24ultra just bought it and galaxy store is on endless loop it will not update

S24ultra just bought it and galaxy store is on endless loop it will not update , 7 factory resets later still no joy , followed the steps provided as fixes to no avail , also showing another device connected to mine , i havnt clicked links nor let anyone near my phone or used social media , what gives ?

Where/who was the phone bought
Is there a error message with Galaxy store
Did you try install on mobile data

It needs to be updated on wi-fi when it's done you can manually change that setting in galaxy store, by pressing Menu then the cog wheel in the top right corner, then scroll down to click on about galaxy store on the page touch the the writing under auto update galaxy store, and select the option for over using wifi or mobile data.

Yeah it had remote managment with smart tutor inside and when i went on the app store it gave a little arrow down next to the download to ask me which device to download to it said download to this phone or sm 928B , ive turned on mobile download and wi fi option its stuck in a loop , factory reset and the same persists , bought from cex , deffo cloned or had malware ect on the phone

Also no wi fi where i am but everything else downloads from play store , left the phone for a while and just had a look and remote managments missing but its still stuck in a loop ,

I think would it be best to chamge phone as its highly suspect , 7 full resets and still problems

Also smart tutor was in another seperate file to this so it was inside remote managment and in seperate in another folder
