Hello everyone, I have a question. When the maximum battery protection is enabled, what happens? If the battery has reached 80% and I leave the phone charging, will it continue to be powered directly from the charger? And what if I leave it on wireless charging?

Hi and welcome.

With maximum battery protection, the charger will stop charging at 80% and may top it up to 80% just before your alarm. The same would be for a wireless charger.

I would personally use a wired charger as opposed to a wireless one due to the heat generated while. Charging, which I believe is worse on the wireless ones.

The above scenario is more for overnight charging.

If you are charging daytime, I wouldn't be too worried as Yiu can just take them of the chargers when it's. Charged.

I personally am an overnight charger as I love my battery 100% in the morning.

You have a choice, so feel free to use whatever works for you.

As I far as I know it'll stop charging at 80% then resume charging when it drops to 75% back up to 80% i guess it's the same for wireless but I'm no expert 🤷
