Are there issues with Bluetooth and the S24 Ultra?

I have a pair of older Bose computer speakers in the kitchen and have them connected to a Logitech  Bluetooth Audio Adapter.

I'll put the Logitech Adaptor in pairing mode (which I never had to do with the S23 Ultra once paired), but it never gets connected.  I typically have to unpair it (it's displayed in Device control on the Quick display menu), reboot my phone, Scan, pair, and then it's ready.

This is an older Bluetooth device and I'm wondering if that's part of this problem?

It could be with older  tech @davehorne  🤔

In regards to Bluetooth connection and the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra.

I have the

  • Samsung Watch⁶ Classic 47mm Watc.h
  • Samsung Watch⁴ Classic Watch.
  • Samsung Buds² Pro.
  • Samsung Live Buds.
  • Bose AE² Soundlink Headphones

All connected and stable.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

For me the S24U is actually better in my car's Bluetooth. S23U was skipping the first few seconds of every Google maps prompts etc. No problem with my watch and buds pro but pairing it with my laptop (a 2 year old Elitebook) took me a while for some reason.

I have not had Bluetooth issues with the phone yet. Did you check if the Logitech Adaptor has a firmware update? Do you happen to know which Bluetooth version the adapter has? It should be backward compatible but compatibility is always a tricky with very old version of the technology.

I was under the impression that you will always need to put the device in pairing mode if you forget it. I think that is the expected behaviour.

I've managed to link to the speakers in question twice without having to reboot the phone.

I'm going to assume this issue was user error and not a software issue.   :smiling-face:

Yes I am not alone. I have issues connecting to my watch and buds. For example. I used my Buds+ at 10am today now I went to use them again at 1130pm and they connected but there is no sound. I have fought this battle for a week now. Only way to get them to work is to restart the phone. My watch will do the same if it disconnects at all I have to restart start the phone. I am really missing my note 20.
