Battery draining faster after software update

Hello has anyone else experience faster battery drainage after updating one UI 7 on your S24 ultra and if you have experience the same thing has anyone been able to sort out the issue and if yes what have you done

I have the s24 Ultra and everything you listed is exactly the same for me. I use power saving and have since I got the device last year. Never had an issue fast-charging or even with the battery dying quickly until the recent update. Mine also gets really warm with my normal usage. Absolutely ridiculous.

Same for me. Battery down to less than 50% in the same time it previously went down to 70%

Something really seems to have impacted battery life

Yep! It's driving me insane. I had no issues before the update. For example this evening, I've woken up to my battery being completely drained twice. Each time I've placed it on charge and it takes a good 5 minutes for the screen to show its charging. It gets stuck on the white symbol with the electricity bolt before showing its taking in power. I don't have an app that warrants my battery being drained so quickly. In the past,  I've fallen asleep many times with tiktok still running on the screen yet and I've woken up with my phone still having charge, however since the update the battery performance has just been awful

Did this, it did nothing and it doesn't even make sense if you really think about it

battery drain should be the least of your issues.

If you go to other forums in Samsung app or like Reddit and quora you will see thousands of customers that own s22, s23 and s24 phones both plus and ultra types that have no Network anymore from the update. Pure b*******. Phones are bricks now unless you have wireless network 

I made a half fix by disabling 5G and now I have limited 4G but does not work in my house I have to be close to the door or outside and then I get the slowest internet possible. Samsung is offering zero fix or even acknowledging this problem. And I don't even have version 7 downloaded this happened on 6, 3 days after I bought my phone. I am in no way going to download version 7 even though it keeps asking me to

Waiting 14 days is going to do nothing. That's like whooping in your hand and wishing in the other and see which gets filled first

Samsung needs to step up and correct this problem because it is HUGE. My phone is plugged in right now and i am still losing power by the minute! I am livid.
