Post a screenshot of the battery usage. Do you have an app that measures battery temp?

People pay more than a thousand bucks for their phone, they can voice their discontent with samsung's disaster of an update however they want.

Battery life being cut in half for no reason and phones overheating are deal breakers, had I known that I wouldn't have bought an s24 ultra 6 months ago.

The fact they haven't addressed it and the only answers normal ppl get are from coping fanboys giving bs 'fixes' or telling them their problem doesn't exist is appaling

That's it. If you click on highest point on the graph what does it show below as the cause of the spike? Instagram might be a cause

Battery drainage is a major concern here.

It also keeps saying my IG and FB usage is high, yet it isn't.

Been like this since the update.

Also at night, it now is refusing to charge until 9am in the morning.

Before it would charge up to around 97% and then charge around 7am the rest.

Last night it was on 70% and wouldn't budge until I forced it to charge manually.

Really frustrating

Each peak is a different app. Chrome/instagram/tiktok. The thing is im using these apps for only a couple minutes there's no reason for them to be draining 5%+

Agree 100% what kills me is how the so called news is raving about this update but none of the articles are picking up on the battery drain/overheating issue!

Come on Samsung fix these issues ASAP!

In my country the biggest tech website just made an article about it pointing out samsung's silence, so I guess it's starting to get traction.

But like this post right here has 80k views by itself, the fact that people can deny that the problem is real is crazy
