Battery draining faster after software update

Hello has anyone else experience faster battery drainage after updating one UI 7 on your S24 ultra and if you have experience the same thing has anyone been able to sort out the issue and if yes what have you done

Battery seems to be draining faster now on my S24 Ultra with latest one Ui 7 update!

Hey there

Lots of posts about this on the forum.

Once you've updated to One UI7.....

1. Wipe Partition Cache on your device

2. Battery will go through 14 day learning cycle before settling based on your usage.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Give it a week or a few cycles before jumping to any conclusions.

im right behind yo on that...I have the google pixel 9 pro xl and im seeings act up with google too as for samsung im DONE!!!!!!! and I was a samsung user since the note 4 this ui 7 is the ***** shoot worst update ever I can't even sell my s 24 ultra anymore and it a 1 tb storage factory unlocked one too the screen flickers a lot since the second ui 7 fix update came out the battery sucks the camera is way worse than before apps crash network connection is worse the list goes on I never had 80% of this issues before I was thinking a defective device but no it isn't ui 7 sucks badly and I hope to god samsung goes down badly after this I was so upset with my s 24 ultra annoying me by the hour seeing bugs doing this and that I smashed it with a hammer at work it split in half.. and I dont regret it at all..whats done is done...ill stick with the pixel still fall when apple releases the iPhone 17 pro max... now I see why I see more iPhones out there why?? its not a fashion statement well kinda is but they hold best resale value and they get updates all at once not like samsung beta this and that apple never went past a beta 4 that I know of they had bad years but Samsungs year this year is by far the the worst id ever seen for such a flagship that was king for sometime now samsung is a shameful flagship letting us all down who ever bought this garbage..to see diehard samsung users for years like me that tells you something samjunk is done in my opinion...
